We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using trusted carriers to ensure your green friends arrive in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and careful handling
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
While we hope every plant brings you joy, we understand sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as green-friendly as our products.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order if:
- The plant is in the same healthy condition as when shipped
- Original packaging is intact
- No signs of post-delivery damage from improper care
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Plants showing disease or pest infestation caused after delivery
- Personalized or specially ordered items
- Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
How to Return
Follow these simple steps for returns or exchanges:

- Item(s) for return/exchange
- Reason and photos if applicable
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping address
- Ship Your Return: Package securely using the original packaging when possible. We recommend trackable shipping
- Inspection: We’ll examine the returned item and notify you of approval within 3 business days of receipt
