Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – healthy, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on plants that show signs of disease or improper care after delivery. This includes all our Camellias, Eucalyptus Trees, Fruit Trees & Plants, and Houseplants that arrive healthy but deteriorate due to environmental factors after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship it back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
